Cancellation Policy
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
Check-in and Check-out time
The apartment must be vacated by 11am to allow cleaning before the next guest arrives.
The check-in time is 3pm on the day of arrival.
Instructions will be sent to all guests to make sure they understand how to gain entrance to the property.
House Rules
Small events are allowed but only if the owner is notified and allowed the occasion.
Pets are allowed on the property but must be propertly supervised. The property has a farm fence that small dogs may go through and very large dogs may jump. The pets safety is at the risk of the pet owner. Animals are not allowed to be unsupervised in the apartment. We do not charge for pets however if the apartment is left with damages the pet owner will be charged.
Childre are allowed but must be supervised as some of the furniture is not fixed to the wall.
Smoking is absolutely not allowed in the apartment. People may smoke outside however butts must be disposed of properly.
Guests are welcome to walk around the gardens on the property however some paths are uneven. Guests do this at their own risk.
